Welcome to Coco & Co. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed in our webshop.
By ordering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Products

All our products are handmade on the island of Terschelling.

Please note:
• Each piece may vary in color, shape, and details due to its handmade nature.
• Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may appear slightly different on screens.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started (see “Returns”).

4. Prices & Payment Methods

All prices shown in our webshop include VAT (BTW).

We accept the following payment methods:
• iDEAL
• Credit Card
• Klarna
• PayPal
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Cash (for local pickup only)

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 workday.

Carriers

We ship with PostNL.

Tracking

• Jewelry: no Track & Trace available.
• All other products: Track & Trace is included.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location.

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Window

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Costs

• Want a different size?
→ Return shipping costs are covered by us.
• Want to return the item completely?
→ Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return.
We refund via the original payment method.

7. Warranty

You are entitled to the legal warranty rules under Dutch and EU law. This means a product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do.

If something is wrong with your product, email us—we will always try to find a fair solution.

8. Liability

Coco & Co is not liable for:
• Damage caused by improper use of a product
• Allergic reactions to materials (all metals are listed in each product description)
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Lost international packages due to customs handling

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We respect your privacy and handle your data carefully.

We only use your personal information to:
• Process your order
• Provide customer service
• Improve our webshop

We never sell or share personal data with third parties except when needed to deliver your order (such as PostNL).

You may request, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

10. Force Majeure

In situations outside our control—such as extreme weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions—delivery may take longer. We will inform you if this happens.

11. Disputes

Dutch law applies to these Terms & Conditions.
If we cannot solve an issue together, disputes may be submitted to the Dutch courts.
